Play Therapy Poland with International Quality Management System Certificate!

It gives me great pleasure to announce that on 24 May 2022. Play Therapy Poland, as the only professional organization in Poland training therapists in the field of Play Therapy and Play & Creative Arts Therapy, as well as conducting Play Therapy and Play & Creative Arts Therapy supervision, has received the International Certificate of Quality Management System PN-EN ISO 9001:2015.

The introduction of the Quality Management System and the confirmation of it with the Certificate PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 in the field of Play Therapy training and supervision is unique in Poland, as well as in Europe.The PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in accordance with the Quality Policy confirms that the strategy and goal of PLAY THERAPY POLAND NINA AMBROZIAK is:

• To offer a service that is acceptable to clients, meets their needs and expectations, complies with Play Therapy and Play & Creative Art Therapy standards, legislation and other relevant requirements.

• Continuously improving customer service and maintaining good relationships with customers based on mutual respect, trust and loyalty.
